The short, plain terms for buying and using our plugins. By buying a plugin or creating an account you agree to them.
Who we are
MMJ eCommerce is a QWEBMASTER product. We make WooCommerce plugins. We are not a payment processor and we do not give legal advice.
Price and renewal
Each plugin is $49 a year for one store, billed when you buy and then once a year on the same date. The subscription renews automatically and the card you paid with is charged each year until you cancel. The price shown on the checkout page is the price you pay.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account, under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep updates and support until the end of the year you paid for.
Refunds
If a plugin is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of a purchase or a renewal and we refund that payment.
Your license
- One license covers one store (one website).
- While your subscription is active you get updates through your license key and support from the people who build the plugin.
- The plugins keep working without an active license. When a subscription ends, the plugin stays installed and running; it just stops receiving updates.
- The plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. The license key and our update and support service are what the subscription pays for.
Version 1 buyers
If you bought Card Payments (formerly Canna-Commerce) version 1, your license stays lifetime and you do not pay again. Use Forgot password with the email from your order to reach your account.
What the plugins do not do
Each plugin applies the rules you set. None of them decides what the law allows where you sell, and none of them is a payment processor. Card Payments needs a card terminal and a merchant account that cover what you sell and allow keyed entry. Age Gate is a prompt and a cookie, not an identity check. Patient Registration does not verify documents or check registries. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your store.
Software as is
The plugins are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a plugin is limited to what you paid us for that plugin in the 12 months before the claim. Test changes on a staging copy of your store before going live, and keep backups.
Changes
We may update these terms. A change to the price applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before it does.
